Moevenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba, Aqaba

The hotel is conveniently located near Aqaba city center and offers direct access to the beach. The rooms were a bit small initially, but after paying an extra charge, they were comfortable. The service was a mix of rushed moments and excellent assistance. The dining experience was generally good but could get chaotic during peak times. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Aqaba.

The hotel is in a wonderful location steps away from a vibrant area with shops and restaurants, yet there is a street not shown between the hotel and the sea. The rooms could benefit from extra amenities like plates and cutlery, and having two beds was disappointing for our stay.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the city center, and within walking distance of key attractions. However, the rooms were not clean, with a strong musty smell and a view of the noisy main road, making the balcony undesirable. The service fell below our expectations for Jordanian hospitality.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and with a beautiful view of the sea, were located on the other side of the street away from the main building, restaurant, and entry. The service provided by the staff, especially the Manager in the central Reservation department in Amman, was exceptionally nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, offering proximity to the beach and various attractions, but the dining experience, while having nice options, was not outstanding. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel had nice facilities to offer.
